Just wanted to say that, after using the computer now for over a month, I have found it to be simply a wonderful machine. It is so fast, so stable, so quiet - I now never have to even think about the computer and can focus on the music and nothing else! Incredible product, fantastic service. Well done and thanks so much!

I can’t tell you how great I appreciate your help and your company. I tell all of my friends about PCAL and how they should drop their over-rated Macs and get a custom PCAL computer, and anyone building a studio I suggest PCAL to them for all of their needs.
Kendal O - Tulsa, OK
|
So I did it again . . . I recommended PCAudioLabs to (yet another) friend building a new facility . . . when I told him about the service that the guys at PCAudioLabs provide over the internet eliminating the need for shop visits or service calls he was knocked out . . . as am I.
Michael B, CA
|
I went to Musicians Institute in LA in '83 (for drums) and have been playing in bands, recording, and doing live sound since then. So, needless to say, I have dealt with a few companies in my time, and PCAudioLabs have been nothing but Stellar!!!

I am still totally knocked out by the 8-core rackmount and the Rok Box Mobile. It's nice to have computers that simplify my life instead of complicate it. (And you can quote me on that.)

Thanks for the quick followup. Wanted to let you know that so far everything is working out great with the computer and V-Studio 700 setup. You guys did a great job.
I've already recommended you guys on the Cakewalk/Roland forum. I've had several members ask me to keep them informed about my experience with the PCAL computer; everything is positive so far.
Steve L - Hickson, TN

The Rok Box has performed flawlessly...no problems with all the software you installed for me.

I recorded with my old pc for several years and could never get through a session without audio drop outs, glitches, etc.. I now have had several long sessions with your PC and it's been absolutely flawless, a real dream come true for me and my recording buddys. Thanks again for a great product and wonderful support.

I ordered a computer system from you a while ago.
I’m more than happy with the computer. It’s brilliant!
I can more or less use twice as many plugs as before. I don’t think twice before I choose to load a new VSTi or effect.
You have probably provided the best
service I’ve received from a company so far! - and I’ve been involved with quite many companies through the years. And of course, I let everyone know
about PCAudiolabs.com!
Anton L - Stockholm, Sweden
|
I just wanted you to get an idea of your competition. I inquired at XXXXXX at exactly the same time I initially inquired with PCAudioLabs.
You and I had already had a full 24 hours of communication before I first heard from XXXXX at XXXXXX. I am astonished at how much a bully XXXXX became in just a few minutes when I replied that we had gone with another supplier. (The reply I sent stating that I had made a purchase already was bounced by him, and then replied to by him! What a dope!)
You are light years beyond this crude and sad fellow.

Top marks for customer service, and im not even a customer yet!

First of all, thanks for your infinite patience coupled with wonderful support. I will recommend your business to anyone unreservedly.
The home system I purchased from you continues to run just great... I wouldn't trade it for anything! Using my trusty Logic Audio 4.8 I just recorded my daughter's audition CD for her application to the WCDA (Wisconsin Choral Director's Association) All-State Vocal Jazz Choir and it sounds really nice.
Your willingness to help me navigate setbacks at the initial phases was especially commendable... service nearly unheard of these days. I'll be back!

Allen Sides
Allen Sides has recorded over 400 albums and won two GRAMMY Awards, with six nominations. He is the owner of two successful studios in Los Angeles, Ocean Way and Record One, which regularly host sessions by the crème de la crème of the music industry, which places him in an ideal position to observe recording trends. "People used to be stuck at 44.1 kHz and 48 and all of a sudden almost all our projects are at 96k. Now we’re doing double lock-ups in Pro Tools to 192. But we couldn’t record more than about 32 tracks at 192."
The superior sonic quality of the Intel and PCAudioLabs rig running Sonar at 192 kHz was apparent from the first playback, according to Sides. "There are various terms you can use to describe it: more air, more space, more low-level, high frequency detail, more ambiance around instruments. Things are wider. All the things that make something sound more real. It’s sufficient that anyone can hear it; you don’t require a trained ear to hear the difference."
