Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed within 24 hours on the following business day.
If an item is on back order, you will be notified as soon as possible. 
Systems are shipped out within 10 - 12 business days after processing is completed. Multiple system orders or custom installation of software may take longer but an ETA will be provided.

You can use VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check. When paying with a personal check, please note that delivery of your order may be delayed until the check has cleared. This may take up to 10 days after the check has been deposited.

If your order will be delivered to an address outside of TN, there will be no Sales Tax added to your order. If your order will be delivered to an address inside TN, there will be a 9.25% Sales Tax added to your subtotal.

The approximate shipping cost will be calculated during check-out from our online shopping cart. Actual shipping costs will be determined by dimension and weight of the package, and shipping cost will be calculated and adjusted at the time of shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of the time that your package ships. Transit time is generally 3-10 business days to arrive at destination country.

Once you package arrives, it may be held for extra days to clear customs. If the destination country charges import tariffs, any and all import tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
All shipping costs to and from for whatever reason including but not limited to returns and repair are the responsibility of the purchaser.

* Domestic shipments are delivered by FedEx or UPS
* International shipments are delivered by either UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
* You may request a particular courier, but additional fees may apply.
* You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of when your package ships.
* If you don't receive a tracking number, please contact us.
* When requesting a delivery method other than Ground, please call us to confirm availability in your area.

When your package arrives, if it appears to have sustained damage in transit, notify us and the carrier immediately. Please keep all packaging materials for possible inspection. If you notify us about the damaged package within 15 days of delivery, PCAudioLabs will process the refund. Items purchased from the PCAudioLabs store will be processed according to their respective return policy.
If you notify us about the damaged package beyond 15 days of delivery, the carrier will process the refund and a claim will need to be filed with the carrier by the recipient of the package.

If a component in your PCAudioLabs computer should become faulty while it's still under PCAudioLabs warranty, send the entire computer or component to us in a well-packaged box, and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. 

Shipping your computer to us for warranty service

If your PCAudioLabs computer requires warranty service within the first 60 days of receiving your computer, we will pay for domestic Ground Shipping both ways. After 60 days of receiving your computer, we will pay for Ground shipping one way. 
Systems shipped outside the contiguous United States require that shipping and customs fees be paid by the customer, both ways, and in the case of a return. 

The best solution
While under warranty, if the component that needs to be replaced is no longer manufactured, it will either be replaced with an equivalent part free of charge or the same refurbished part free of charge. 

Advanced Replacement
You may request an advance replacement on faulty memory, hard drives, and fans. At our discretion, we may send the replacement part to you before you send us the faulty part. If we do not receive the faulty part within 20 days from the delivery date of the replacement part, you may be charged for the replacement part until we receive the faulty part from you. 

What's not covered
Systems are not covered that have been modified from original purchase, only the original configuration is covered. Our warranty does not cover damage or loss of data due to the following circumstances: fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, lightning or similar electrical disaster; unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, any misuse, abuse, mishandling, general wear and tear, and lack of a proper backup solution. 

As with all recording equipment, you should back up your important data to CD-R, DVD+RW/-RW, or another type of storage medium on a regular basis to protect yourself from valuable data loss. 
While your system is being serviced, PCAL may need to refresh your system to its initial install state. We urge you to backup all data prior to sending a system in for support. 

NOTE: Laptop batteries, dead screen pixels are not covered under warranty.

If a component should become faulty after your PCAudioLabs warranty expires and the component is not under a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer (such as memory), then it will be replaced with the same or equivalent part at the current market price, plus labor charges.

If the cause of the problem can be diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes, there will be no labor charge, otherwise, a bench fee of $79.00 will be applied.

Shipping your computer to us for out of warranty service You will be responsible for shipping charges to our office and the return shipment to your address.

Hardware can be returned with the original packaging and all manufacturer supplied accessories within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked and included. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee unless the damage was caused in transit.

Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only. A valid RMA number must be issued by PCAudioLabs and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number may be delayed in processing. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges unless there is a shipping error on ours or the carrier's part. Shipping charges to return an item are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a shipping error on ours or the carrier's part. 

If you are having a problem with an LCD monitor you purchased from us more than 30 days after you received it, please contact the manufacturer directly. 

The hardware return policies stated above apply to all hardware purchased and installed with your PCAudioLabs computer.

Software may be returned unopened and sealed inside the original package within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Open software can be returned for an exchange of the same item within 15 days of delivery. All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked and included with the original packaging. While we would like to assist you as much as possible, certain manufacturers’ policies, as well as legal practices, prohibit us from accepting any returns of their opened products. However, from time to time, we accept open product returns. Please contact us to explain the nature of the situation. 

The software return policies stated above apply to all software purchased and installed with your PCAudioLabs computer.

You may cancel your PCAudioLabs custom computer build at any time during the construction period for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. If for any legitimate and reasonable reason you are not satisfied with your PCAudioLabs purchase, at the discretion of PCaudioLabs, you may have the option of returning it within 10 days of the initial delivery attempt for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packing materials with all documentation and discs. Once received it will be inspected for condition and then a refund will be processed. You will be notified of any damage or missing parts and their associated cost.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges unless there was a shipping error on ours or the carrier's part. Shipping charges to return a PCAudioLabs computer are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a shipping error on ours or the carrier's part. 

Hardware and Software purchased with a PCAudioLabs Custom DAW are subject to the Software and Hardware return policies stated above. 
Rush fees are not refundable. 
Special Order Items are not refundable.

PCAudioLabs will not share, sell, or disclose to third parties any of your personal information. We will occasionally e-mail our customers regarding product specials or sales. If formally requested, PCAudioLabs may release personal information as required by any law enforcement agency.
