TEMPO FOLLOWING:

Live can now listen to the tempo from an incoming audio signal in real time and adjust to it! This makes Live a dynamic part of the band instead of the old school “tempo source” that everyone has to follow. When you are DJ-ing, you can even turn Live into a tempo-synced FX box too.

MACRO SNAPSHOTS:

Do you like the state of your macros? You can now store them for later recall on other productions!

RACK IMPROVEMENTS:

You can now configure your racks so they can have anywhere between 1 and 16 macros. The new randomize button lets you randomize the position of your macro controls in order to obtain very creative sounds out of your racks.

NOTE CHANCE AND VELOCITY CHANCE:

You can now set the probability that a note or drum hit will occur so that Live can generate unexpected variations to your patterns that change over time.

Also, you can define ranges for velocity probability for subtle, humanized variations in the dynamics of your patterns.
